Please note that any changes to or re-credit of Hotel Award Certificates require that the valid certificate be returned to the Member Service Center. Mileage excluding any expired miles will be re-credited to your account and if requested, a new certificate will be issued and delivered within 3 weeks. An administration fee will be charged for this service.
